Relay Production Process
1. Feeder
Manually put in the material tray, the air clamp automatically clamps the coil and flows into the next process, and the empty tray is automatically closed.
2. Riveting Iron Core Machine
Coils are injected online by front-end equipment. The yoke is fed by the vibrating plate and assembled with the coil, and then transported to the iron core feeding place to load the iron core, and then transported to the pneumatic riveting station for riveting and pressing, and then flows into the next process. Complete the core riveting assembly of 2 products at one time.
3. Mobile Spring Assembly Machine
The moving spring combination is vibrated and fed by the left and right vibrating discs, and the coil is transported by the handling mechanism to the moving spring clamping and assembling station for assembly, and then automatically flows into the next process.
4. Up and Down Static Assembly Machine
After the coil assembly is fed into the fixed movable spring ear, it is transported by the handling mechanism to the lower static assembly to assemble the lower static, and then transported to the upper static assembly to assemble the upper static. After being decompressed by the decompression mechanism, it flows into the next process.
5. Pre-check the Machine
After demagnetization, material separation, clamping and visual inspection, the coil assembly is transported to precision, tracking and pressure testing institutions for testing. The appearance of a defective product is clamped to the defective product receiving mechanism, and the defective product is clamped into the defective product track.
Go to the next process.
6. Shell Assembly Machine
The coil assembly is clamped to the jacket assembly mechanism by dust suction and an electrostatic precipitator. At the same time, the shell is sucked into the shell feed track into the vibrating plate through the hopper and then clamped by the shell clamping mechanism to the jacket assembling mechanism. After completing the assembly task, go to the next process. This machine can complete the shell assembly task of 6 products at one time.
7. Solder Foot Machine
The product is automatically clamped to the rosin station, immersed in rosin, then transported to the welding station for welding, and then transported to the intermittent discharge track, and then flows into the next process by twisting and turning. This machine can complete the welding tasks of 12 products at one time.
8. One Electrical Inspection Machine
After the product enters the track, the material is transported by the handling mechanism to the testing station of the pressure resistance and electrical testing mechanism. The defective product is clamped by the defective product clamping mechanism to the defective product receiving mechanism, and the qualified product flows into the next process.
9. Sealer
After the product enters the track, it is divided into materials, transported by the handling mechanism to the sealing station, dried under the drying lamp, and then turned over to discharge the material into the next process.
10. Oven Tunnel Furnace
The product is transported from the feeding track to the baking high temperature resistant belt, and then enters the cooling circulation track through the baking furnace, and then flips and discharges into the next process.
11. Secondary Electrical Inspection Machine
After the product enters the track, it is shipped to the withstand voltage test station and the electrical test station for testing. The defective products are clamped by the air clamp to the defective product receiving station, and the qualified products are turned over and discharged to the next process.
12. Hot Melt Machine
After the product enters the track, it is divided and transported to the hot-melt lamp head combination, and then flows into the next process after being melted by the spotlight.
13. Laser Marking + Vision Machine
The product is transported to the laser marking machine for marking, and the marking effect is detected by the vision station. The defectives are picked up and sent to the defective receiving station. If revenue is poor, the receiving station will automatically close eligible products.

2. Project Review

3. Unit Price Confirmation
The Quotation Department of Cooltech conducts a preliminary price check according to the list of materials and then quotes the price to the customer.
4. Test and Review Samples
After the customer's preliminary unit price is confirmed, Cooltech Engineering will start the sample and test according to the customer's requirements and the review content. After the project determines the sample. Begin to carry out various harsh tests on the samples to ensure that the electrical appliances can work normally in various environments.
5. Sample to Customers
After passing various tests, Cooltech arranges samples to be delivered to customers.
6. The Customer Confirms The Delivery Date
After the customer confirms the sample and initially confirms the quality and delivery time, the customer places the order with Cooltech.
7. Schedule Production
Cooltech provides salesmen's contract review and arranges production reasonably after accurate review by 6 major departments.
8. Shipment Of Finished Products
After the production is completed and the quality inspection is OR, the delivery is arranged and the delivery is tracked according to the delivery method agreed with the customer in the early stage.
9. After-sales Follow-up And Service
After the customer receives the goods, one-to-one after-sales service will be provided by a dedicated person.
